Fronts are made from hand-cast lightweight concrete, each panel featuring a unique pattern. Worktops are produced from solid high-strength concrete. Unlike MDF or laminate surfaces, both Froncrete fronts and worktops are genuine materials that do not peel, swell or lose their character over time.

For everyday care, a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent are sufficient. Strong chemicals and abrasive cleaners should be avoided. More detailed maintenance recommendations can be found in the warranty terms.

As the surfaces are made from solid material throughout, they can be lightly sanded and refinished if needed in case of more significant damage — unlike many surface-coated solutions.

We design the kitchen so that the oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and other appliances blend seamlessly into the overall concept. Interior carcasses are made from moisture-resistant materials, and we use high-quality fittings (e.g. Blum) to ensure smooth and quiet operation.

Lightweight concrete is resistant to impact and scratches and tolerates moisture and heat well. Concrete doors and worktops are treated with natural wax that reduces water absorption and prevents dirt from penetrating the natural air pores of the material. This means you don’t need to worry about every splash in the kitchen.

Worktops are designed for intensive use and retain their aesthetic appearance even after years of daily activity. If needed, surfaces can be restored, significantly extending the lifespan of the furniture.

We provide a 5-year warranty on the durability of kitchen structures, cabinets, lightweight concrete fronts and SuperIOR worktops instead of the usual 2 years. By joining the extended maintenance warranty programme, the warranty can be extended up to 10 years, reflecting our confidence in the material and the longevity of the solution.

Lightweight concrete panels consist of approximately 65% recycled material, and as a monomaterial, concrete surfaces can be crushed and reused in new furniture at the end of their lifecycle. This means the material does not end up as landfill but gains a new life.

Each surface is unique. The maximum panel size of 2400 × 1000 mm enables the creation of large decorative surfaces, sliding door modules and seamless wall claddings that give interiors a vivid concrete material language.

Ten years before developing Froncrete lightweight concrete, we created SuperIOR concrete — a material for worktops and sinks that highlights concrete’s lively nature while reflecting the quality and luxury associated with quartz. Thanks to its strength and density, it is maintenance-free and technically versatile, making it ideal for both home kitchens and intensively used public spaces.

The countertop is the most intensively used and visually dominant element in a kitchen. We manufacture worktops with a thickness of 20–200 mm, enabling both minimalist thin lines and bold architectural forms. The maximum length depends on the project and can exceed 3.5 metres, allowing large, visually clean solutions.

Cooktop openings can be designed either top-mounted or flush-mounted, depending on the appliance model and desired aesthetics. A popular choice is integrated cast-in sinks, which create a seamless and practical whole without joints that collect moisture and dirt.

Concrete is a natural material, like wood, marble or granite. Its exact tone and texture can never be 100% predetermined. For us, this is not a flaw but a value — each surface is unique and gives the kitchen individuality and life.
