FRONCRETE FURNITURE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective from: 01.02.2026
These warranty terms apply to furniture manufactured by Concrete Products OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Manufacturer”) and regulate the conditions of the Froncrete Standard Warranty and the Froncrete 10+ Extended Warranty Program.
The warranty is valid from the date of installation of the furniture and does not limit any statutory rights granted to the customer under applicable law.
1. STANDARD WARRANTY
1.1 Warranty Coverage
A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty applies to:
-
Furniture structural framework
-
Cabinets
-
Lightweight concrete facades
-
SuperIOR concrete countertops
-
Integrated sinks
The warranty covers:
-
Structural deformation not caused by external impact or external factors (e.g., ground or terrace subsidence)
-
Abnormal cracking under normal use not caused by mechanical impact (e.g., due to intense sun exposure or freezing conditions)
-
Structural defects in countertops or facade panels resulting from manufacturing
-
Manufacturing-related finishing defects
-
Abnormal wear under normal use
The warranty does NOT cover:
-
Natural structural characteristics of the facade material, including variations in air pockets formed during the casting process
-
Natural fading caused by UV exposure (pigment tones may slightly change over time — lighter tones may darken and darker tones may lighten)
-
Mechanical impact damage
-
Damage resulting from failure to follow usage and maintenance instructions, including:
-
Scratches caused by not using a cutting board
-
Marks caused by placing hot cookware (directly from stove or grill) on the surface without protection
-
Staining caused by leaving dirty dishes or grease in the sink for extended periods
-
Damage caused by chemical or abrasive cleaning agents
-
-
Damage resulting from improper installation when installation was not carried out by the Manufacturer
-
Damage resulting from modifications made by third parties
-
Damage caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to: storms, extreme winds, hail, flooding, snow load, ice damage, lightning strikes, fire, wildfires, fallen trees, or other unforeseen natural disasters
-
Damage caused by third-party actions, vandalism, military events, or other circumstances beyond the Manufacturer’s control
1.2 Hardware and Integrated Appliances
Hardware components and third-party appliances are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties.
1.3 Usage and Maintenance Requirements for Countertops and Facades
Countertops and facades are treated with food-safe and environmentally friendly oils and waxes and are suitable for direct contact with food. Avoid strong impacts and harsh chemicals.
-
Clean aggressive liquids immediately, including both acidic substances (e.g., lemon, vinegar) and alkaline substances (e.g., soda solutions).
-
Remove strongly pigmented foods (e.g., beetroot, blueberries, turmeric) promptly to preserve the natural tone of the material.
-
Apply silicone pads under appliances or accessories that remain permanently on the surface to prevent stains caused by standing water.
-
Always use a cutting board when cutting.
-
Use a heat-resistant pad under hot cookware taken directly from the stove or grill.
-
Clean the sink promptly to prevent deep staining caused by grease or food residue.
-
Use neutral cleaning agents or diluted dishwashing liquid for cleaning. For stubborn stains, allow the stain to soak before cleaning.
2. FRONCRETE 10+ WARRANTY PROGRAM
2.1 Froncrete 10+ Extended Warranty
Froncrete 10+ is a maintenance and extended warranty service program designed for customers who wish to preserve the visual quality and functionality of their furniture for 10+ years without having to manage major maintenance themselves.
This is an annual subscription-based service. Pricing depends on the furniture location and is agreed individually with each customer.
The extended warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of installation, provided that:
-
The extended warranty is registered in the Manufacturer’s database within 30 days of installation
-
The required maintenance interval associated with the program is followed
The extended warranty does not apply to third-party equipment, including hardware, faucets, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and similar components.
2.2 Maintenance Interval
The 10+ extended warranty maintenance service includes one annual on-site visit (recommended in autumn) by an authorized Froncrete specialist, including:
-
Scheduled maintenance of the furniture structure, cabinets, lightweight concrete facades, countertops, and sink
-
Structural adjustments and replacement of parts if necessary
-
Inspection of metal components
-
Adjustment of hinges and drawer slides; alignment of doors and drawers if needed

The purpose of the maintenance service and extended warranty program is to ensure long-term preservation of the furniture, even if the owner is unable to carry out the required maintenance independently.
